**Virtual Assistant – Guest Services & Operations**

**Join the Lila Luxury Stays Team **

Lila Luxury Stays is looking for a **reliable, resourceful, and solutions-focused Virtual Assistant** to join our growing short-term rental operations team.

This is **not just a messaging position.** You’ll help manage the day-to-day operations behind our guest stays, working with guests, cleaners, vendors, and our internal team.

**What You’ll Do**

* Respond to guest messages and provide excellent customer service
* Monitor reservations, arrivals, and departures
* Coordinate cleaners and property turnovers
* Troubleshoot guest, access, Wi-Fi, parking, maintenance, and property issues
* Follow up on open issues until they are resolved
* Update internal trackers and complete daily operational tasks
* Communicate important information during shift handoffs
* Use our Knowledge Database and SOPs to find answers and make decisions
* Escalate emergencies or situations requiring management
* Assist with other hospitality and administrative tasks as assigned

We use platforms such as **Hospitable, Airbnb, Turno, QUO, Gmail, Google Drive, and internal company systems.** Training is provided.

Previous Airbnb, hospitality, property-management, customer-service, or VA experience is a plus but **not required for the right candidate.**

You’ll need a reliable computer, stable high-speed internet, and a professional remote workspace.
