Job Description
This is a remote position.
Position Overview We are looking for organized and dependable individuals to work as Remote Virtual Assistants. You will provide basic administrative support, including email communication, scheduling, data organization, document management, and other day-to-day tasks.
Experience is helpful but not required. Training and clear instructions will be provided.
Manage basic administrative tasks
Organize emails, documents, and digital files
Update spreadsheets and records
Assist with scheduling and calendar management
Perform basic online research
Follow company procedures and deadlines
Basic computer and internet skills
Good written and verbal communication
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection
Previous administrative experience is a plus
$25–$32 per hour , based on experience and responsibilities
