Responsibilities:

• Lead client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Draft, review, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Collaborate with paralegals to ensure accurate and timely document preparation and filing.
• Manage probate and trust administration cases, ensuring compliance with legal standards and client expectations.
• Stay informed on changes in estate planning laws and regulations to provide up-to-date advice.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies and enhance client outcomes effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estate planning experience required .
• Proven track record of drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Ability to analyze complex legal situations and develop strategic action plans.
• Strong communication skills to discuss and understand clients' needs, fears, and desires.
• Experience advising clients on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options.
• Ability to delegate tasks effectively to paralegals and legal staff, ensuring timely completion.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing efficient business systems and processes for legal practice management.
