Job Description

Are you a high-performing outside sales professional who's been consistently top-tier in your current B2B role and is ready to step into a high-growth pharmaceutical sales environment?

CRD Careers has partnered with a leading biopharmaceutical company with over 30 years of success developing FDA-approved respiratory therapies for both adult and pediatric patients. They are expanding their field sales team in the Corpus Christi, Texas region

This is a strong opportunity for a disciplined, relationship-driven seller who thrives in territory ownership, physician engagement, and consultative selling.

What You'll Do

• Call on physicians including psychiatrists, pediatricians, neurologists, and other medical specialists by scheduled office appointments
• Build and manage strong provider relationships across your territory
• Promote FDA-approved respiratory products supported by strong brand recognition in the physician community
• Execute territory planning and consistently grow account performance
• Deliver product education and in-office presentations
• Operate within a defined regional territory (New Brunswick, NJ and surrounding area)
• No overnight travel required

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a major or established organization
• Proven, documented track record of strong recent sales performance
• Currently employed and stable in current role (2+ years in position strongly preferred)
• Experience in true outside sales
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience selling into industries such as telecom, office equipment, payroll, uniforms, advertising, technology, or similar consultative B2B models

Additional Information

Compensation & Benefits

• $85,000-$90,000 /OnTrack Total Compensation: $125,000+
