Position Overview 

We are seeking experienced Refrigeration Technicians to join our fast-paced team. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, installation experience, and a commitment to customer service 

Responsibilities 

• Diagnose and repair building mechanical systems (RTUs, split systems, refrigeration) 
• Perform installations based on diagnosis and layout plans 
• Interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams 
• Use mobile software for job tracking and timekeeping 
• Communicate effectively with customers and facility directors 
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment 
• Perform light plumbing tasks 

Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED 
• 2+ years HVAC-R or mechanical experience 
• EPA Universal Certification (or in progress) 
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
• OSHA 10 (minimum); OSHA 30 preferred 
• TracPipe Certification (preferred) 
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to read schematics and use power tools
