Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain multi-head embroidery machine, ensuring efficient and accurate production.
Set up designs, threads, and materials to align with client specifications.
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability, making adjustments as needed.
Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment in excellent working condition.
Organize and track orders to maintain an efficient production flow and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience in commercial embroidery or a similar production setting is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
