You'll follow your creative instincts from concept to production, and will set the standard for what world-class work looks like in the generative era. Ambitiousness, optimism and fearlessness about what's possible are absolute must-haves. You'll conceive, direct, produce, and ship work across campaigns, films, social, launches, editorial, and cultural experiments. And as one of FLORA's most demanding users, your workflows, ambitions, and frustrations will also directly shape the creative tools we build, which in turn will be used by millions of creatives.
