Apply professional Avid Media Composer expertise to video data annotation and curation work that helps train and refine AI systems. This remote, independent contractor role supports customer projects through accurate editing-informed labeling, metadata, and feedback. Prior AI experience is not required. Key Responsibilities

• Annotate and curate video data using Avid Media Composer workflows.
• Use professional editing techniques to add accurate metadata and contextual information across varied video content.
• Apply broadcast and film post-production knowledge to video data training assignments.
• Organize and manage media assets to maintain clarity, consistency, and accessibility for project goals.
• Review, label, and segment video sequences according to provided guidelines.
• Document editing decisions and provide clear written feedback to support model refinement.
• Communicate with project managers and technical leads to clarify requirements and resolve questions.

• Professional experience with Avid Media Composer.
• Background in professional video editing and familiarity with broadcast or film post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of media asset management, project management, and versioning practices.
• Strong attention to detail for annotation, labeling, and metadata entry.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Entry-level or mid-career experience in video editing or media production. Senior-level expertise is not required.
• Interest in emerging technology and AI-related video data projects.
